Health and Wellbeing Workshops for Primary and High School Students


The Rabbitohs Wellbeing Program is a curriculum-aligned, in school offering that uses the influence of sport and positive role models as a vehicle to inspire young people to take charge of their physical, mental and social health.

Through evidence-based, interactive workshops and inclusive physical activity sessions, students build practical skills, stronger health literacy and confidence to make positive choices.

Access to health education should never be dictated by financial status, which is why all Rabbitohs Wellbeing Programs are delivered free of charge to schools and students.

Our suite of Wellbeing Workshops includes:

YOUR HEALTH - OWN IT!
Nutrition - Sleep - Excercise
This workshop provides age appropriate education on the importance of establishing healthy habits early . Focused on health pillars Nutrition, Exercise & Sleep the workshop utilizes proven frameworks to establish and maintain positive health habits early on to support overall health.

STRONG MINDS BY DESIGN
Mental Health Support
This workshop provides realistic and applicable frameworks to create healthy habits in a proactive manner to support mental health. Additionally, it touches on responsibility in support of friends, how to have a conversation with someone in crisis or deteriorating MH and how to access support services.

SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY
Bullying, Racism + Healthy Relationships
This workshop has a social awareness objective, aiming to spark conversation within the students about their place in society, the mark they want to leave and their responsibility to empathise and care for others, particularly those in marginalised groups.

YOUR ONLINE FOOTPRINT
Staying Safe + Interacting Responsibly Online
Based on the official eSafety Commissioner guidelines, this workshop aims to enhance students understanding of not only how to keep themselves safe, but also how to interact responsibly online. An additional focus is on creating balance in terms of screen time and overall health outcome.

NEW for 2026: How to navigate exclusion from social media with friends (high school only)

INDIGENOUS JERSEY DESIGN
Identity. Culture. Story.
This workshop is an interactive, behind the scenes insight into the design process of the annual Rabbitohs Indigenous Jersey. Our presenters take the students on an educational journey of Indigenous identity and culture followed by an opportunity to express their own cultural identity by designing their own jersery.

AHEAD OF THE GAME
Build The Habits That Shape Your Future
This workshop is designed to get secondary students to start their future planning! Focused on providing students with realistic and applicable frameworks to create new habits in support of their goals and overall ambition.
