Inside the Rabbitohs x Upstate Women's Wellness Event

A morning of movement, recovery and community to launch our new Women's Activewear Range.

On Saturday 2 May, we opened the doors for the Rabbitohs x Upstate Women's Wellness Event — a free, inclusive morning built around the launch of our brand-new Women's Activewear Range. We had women and men of all fitness levels here together for a morning of wellness and enjoyment.

A First Look at the Range

Attendees got exclusive in-store access to the Rabbitohs x Upstate Women's Activewear Range!

Setting the tone on the floor were 15 chosen influencers, who took the new range straight into a pilates class. Seeing the collection move the way it was designed to — through every stretch, hold and reset — was the perfect way to introduce it to the community.

Hosted by Paris Tier

The morning was hosted by Paris Tier, who kept the energy warm, easy and welcoming from the first arrival to the final smoothie. Her ability to make every guest feel like a regular — whether they were a seasoned athlete or there for the coffee and the company — was exactly the vibe we were going for.

Move How You Want To

True to the invite, participation was always optional. Guests could choose their own adventure: a leisurely walk, a fun run, a pilates session, or simply showing up and soaking it in. There was no pressure, no pace, no prerequisites — just women moving in whatever way they wished.

Recovery, the Good Way

Post-movement, the complimentary recovery stations were a quiet highlight. Guests could use any of the below throughout the morning.

• Ice baths for the brave
• Massage guns for the well-earned reset
• Infrared roller machines for lymphatic drainage

Fuel from Harry's Bondi

Hydration and caffeine duties were handled by Harry's Bondi, whose canned coffee, matcha and smoothies were on rotation all morning. They were exactly what the day called for: cold, clean and easy to grab between activities.

Gift Bags to Take Home

Every guest walked out with a wellness gift bag packed with goodies — a small thank-you to take the morning home with them, and a reminder that the Rabbitohs community looks after its own.
