Souths Cares took home the trophy at the NASCA Traditional Indigenous Games (TIG) Tournament, held at the Heffron Centre on Friday 17 October.
The tournament brought together teams from a range of organisations including TAL Insurance, Lendlease, Morgan Stanley and the GWS Giants, providing a platform to build connections and celebrate traditional Indigenous games through friendly competition.

Despite going into the day a little short on numbers, the Souths Cares team showed tremendous resilience and determination, working their way through the draw to claim the tournament win.
A special mention goes to Erick, Strategic Initiatives and Analytics Manager, who was awarded the Tournament MVP for his outstanding contribution on the day.
The result was a proud moment for the Souths Cares team, with staff coming together to represent the organisation in the best possible way. Events like the NASCA TIG Tournament serve as a great reminder of the power of cultural connection, teamwork and community, values that sit at the heart of everything Souths Cares does.
Thank you to NASCA for hosting a wonderful event and bringing organisations together through culture, sport and shared experience.
