This Saturday 7 March the South Sydney Rabbitohs are hosting their first ever female NXT LVL Performance Camp. The Camp will take place at the USANA Rabbitohs Centre in Maroubra, the Community and High Performance Centre of the South Sydney Rabbitohs.
Involved in this camp are four remarkable women in League - Jazmon Tupou-Witchman, Caitlin Stringer, Luisa Yaranamua, and Seli Mailangi.

Jazmon Tupou-Witchman

Jazmon Tupou-Witchman is the official ambassador of the NXT LVL program, and she will be joined by a stellar group of female coaches to lead the next generation of female Rugby League athletes.
Caitlin Stringer

Caitlin Stringer previously served as Head Coach of the Play Her Way program at Souths Cares and the South Sydney Rabbitohs in 2025, leading tailored sessions to build athletic performance, skill development, and confidence in young female Rugby League players, with a strong focus on supporting Indigenous athletes.
She continues to contribute to the Rabbitohs Pathways Program across the NSW Cup, Jersey Flegg Cup, SG Ball Cup, and Harold Matthews Cup squads, and is currently the Strength and Conditioning Coach for the Rabbitohs’ Lisa Fiaola Cup team.
Luisa Yaranamua

Luisa Yaranamua rose through the NSW junior representative system, starring at five-eighth for NSW in the 2021 Under-19s Women’s State of Origin. She has since progressed to senior level, joining the South Sydney Rabbitohs squad in the NSW Women’s Premiership and received the 2025 Players' Player award. Yaranamua made her international debut for Fiji’s women's national Rugby League team (Fiji Bulikula) during the 2024 Pacific Championships.
Seli Mailangi

Seli Mailangi is a women's Rugby League forward known for her strong play with the South Sydney Rabbitohs in the NSW Women’s Premiership and NRLW. She debuted for South Sydney in 2021, playing primarily as a hooker and forward, and won the club’s Player of the Year award in both 2021 and 2022 for her consistent performances and leadership on the field. Mailangi has represented Tonga at women’s international Rugby League level, including Pacific Championships selection.

About the NXT LVL Performance Camp
The Rabbitohs NXT LVL Performance Camps are designed for aspiring Rugby League players aged 13–16, providing a pathway to elevate performance and unlock potential both on and off the field.
For the first time, the Club is offering a camp exclusively for female Rugby League players. Delivered by South Sydney’s High Performance staff, the one-day intensive camp gives participants the chance to step inside the four walls of an elite high-performance environment at the USANA Rabbitohs Centre in Maroubra.
Over the course of the day, participants will engage in on-field coaching sessions focused on fundamental skill development and decision-making, alongside educational workshops covering injury prevention, athletic development and performance psychology.
