Caitlin Stringer is the Head Coach of the Play Her Way program at Souths Cares and the South Sydney Rabbitohs, where she leads tailored training sessions to develop athletic performance, technical skills, and confidence in young female Rugby League players, with a focus on supporting young Indigenous athletes.
She also contributes to the Rabbitohs Pathways Program across NSW Cup, Jersey Flegg Cup, SG Ball Cup, and Harold Matthews Cup teams, and previously served as Head Strength and Conditioning Coach for the Rabbitohs' under 16s Development Squad.
Currently completing a Bachelor of Sport and Exercise Science at the University of Technology Sydney, Caitlin also works with elite Olympic and Paralympic athletes as a Strength and Conditioning Intern at the New South Wales Institute of Sport (NSWIS).
A proud ambassador for women in sport, Caitlin consistently volunteers her time to the Rabbitohs' Pathways Program and has been nominated as the South Sydney Rabbitohs’ 2025 Women in League Ambassador.
