The South Sydney Rabbitohs Harvey Norman NSW Women’s Premiership side went down 20 points to 14 to the Wests Tigers at Redfern Oval on Saturday, ending their chances of finals berth for the 2025 season.
The Rabbitohs were beaten four tries to three with hooker Seli Mailangi scoring a double.
The Rabbitohs trailed 10-4 at halftime and were not able to make up the deficit in the second stanza to record the all-important victory. Discipline and some simple mistakes cost the Rabbitohs over the 70 minutes.
Prop forward Jeorgia Ahokava was rated the Rabbitohs best of the morning.
The Rabbitohs now sixth on the competition ladder and are unable to make up the points on the competition ladder in the final round to qualify for the finals.
