Tyrone Munro, known affectionately as ‘Ty Ty,’ stands out as one of the most promising junior talents at the Rabbitohs. Having risen through the club's ranks, Munro made an impressive NRL debut in 2023 against the Warriors, playing on the wing in round 18. Despite limited NRL exposure with only three games last season, he made an immediate impact by scoring three tries. Hosting a remarkable 100% try-scoring rate, Munro also shone in the NSW Cup, scoring seven tries in seven games, including a memorable one in the Grand Final victory against Norths. Tyrone Munro was also awarded the John Sattler Rookie of the Year award for Season 2023. Looking ahead to 2024, Munro is focused on securing a permanent position in the Rabbitohs' backline, continuing to make his mark in the NRL.
