Results: 1941-1950
With World War II broken out, the Rabbitohs’ form hit a rough patch, as a majority of the squad had been conscripted into the army. While the Club didn’t take out any premierships during the 1940’s, a youngster from Newcastle emerged in 1947 – the late great Clive Churchill - who would help make the Cardinal and Myrtle a force over the next decade.
