Rabbitohs NRL squad for round 25 against Dragons this Thursday
The South Sydney Rabbitohs are pleased to announce their squad for round 25 against the St George Illawarra Dragons this Thursday 21 August at 7:50pm at Accor Stadium, the Club’s final home game of the 2025 season.
Rabbitohs Head Coach Wayne Bennett has named Keaon Koloamatangi to return from injury in the front row, with Siliva Havili shifting to hooker. Lachlan Hubner also returns this week at lock, with Jai Arrow moving to the second row which sees Tallis Duncan moving to the centres, replacing Bayleigh Bentley-Hape who has entered the 11-day return-to-play protocols following a head knock against the Eels last Saturday. Peter Mamouzelos will start from the interchange bench.
Coach Bennett will register his 100th NRL game as South Sydney Head Coach against the Dragons this Thursday. Coach Bennett will become the sixth coach in the Rabbitohs’ 117-year history to register 100 first grade games as coach.
Duncan will play the 50th NRL game of his career on Thursday, having made his NRL debut for South Sydney against the Raiders in round 13, 2023.
Round 25 is the NRL’s Telstra Footy Country Round – a celebration of Rugby League from grassroots to the elite level of the Premiership.
