Rabbitohs NRL squad for round 13 against Warriors this Sunday

The South Sydney Rabbitohs are pleased to announce their squad for round 13 against the Warriors to be played this Sunday 1 June, at the family-friendly time of 2pm at Accor Stadium, the Rabbitohs’ first Sunday afternoon game of the season.

Rabbitohs Head Coach Wayne Bennett has named an unchanged starting line up to that which defeated the Wests Tigers in round 11, with Sean Keppie returning to the interchange bench for this game.

Coach Bennett will coach his 950th game as a Head Coach in the NSWRL/ARL/Super League/NRL this weekend against the Warriors. Including the Brisbane Rugby League and representative fixtures, coach Bennett has coached almost 1200 games.

Round 13 is the Rabbitohs’ Junior Appreciation Round, celebrating the roles played by junior players, participants and junior Members of the South Sydney Rabbitohs, Souths Juniors and the sport of Rugby League.

Over 600 junior players from clubs in the South Sydney district will take part in a junior march past around Accor Stadium, celebrating the next wave of young Rabbitohs coming through the ranks. Our Junior MCs will host the pre-game and halftime entertainment, and Rabbitohs Membership partner Wahu will give away 800 Wahu Rabbitohs footballs throughout the day to celebrate Junior Appreciation Round.

Junior Rabbitohs Members and supporters will also have the opportunity to ‘draw the team line up’ for the big screens at Accor Stadium. Kids also have the opportunity to take part in our free Rabbitohs Family Kidzone; including a jumping castle, obstacle course and a mini footy passing game; located on the field at the southern end of Accor Stadium between 12:30pm and 1:30pm.

After full time, Members and fans also have the chance to run out onto to the turf at Accor Stadium as part of the ‘Fans on the Field’ activity after the game.
