Judiciary Update: Mitchell and Smith Charged Following Round 26, 2026

Rabbitohs centre, Latrell Mitchell, and hooker, Brandon Smith, have been charged by the Match Review Committee following our round 26 match of the 2026 season against the Titans.

Mitchell was cited for Careless High Tackle – Grade 1 on Titans player Keano Kini in the 61st minute. With an early guilty plea, he will receive a fine of $1,000, or face a $1,500 fine if found guilty at the judiciary.

Smith was cited for Careless High Tackle – Grade 1 on Titans player Phillip Sami in the 66th minute. With an early guilty plea, he will receive a fine of $1,800, or face a $2,500 fine if found guilty at the judiciary.
