James Patterson – Chair James commenced his career as a graduate at Knight Frank (Baillieu Hardie Gorman) and returned to lead the Australian business as CEO in 2021. He is an avid Rugby League fan and a lifelong supporter of South Sydney Rabbitohs. James has been a Director of Souths Cares since 2009 and the Chair since 2018. |

Nicholas Pappas AM – Director Nicholas has been a Director of Souths Cares since its inception. He is the Chairman of the South Sydney Rabbitohs, Bank of Sydney Limited, and a Board Member of the Steve Waugh Foundation. Nicholas was appointed to the General Division of the Order of Australia (AM) in 2013. |

David Dinte – Director David is a property developer with extensive experience in both Australia and the USA. He is the Managing Director of DD Corporate Pty Ltd, President and Life Member of NextSense, and a Member of the International Council of Shopping Centres. |

Blake Solly – Director Blake joined the Rabbitohs as CEO in 2016 where has led the development of the Rabbitohs High Performance Centre and negotiated the collective bargaining agreement with the NRL. Blake was previously the General Manager of the Super League and has studied at Wharton School of Business and IESE School of Business. |

Meghan Senior – Director Meghan is the Head of Public Affairs at Ausgrid and a Board Member for Football NSW. She has extensive experience in Public Affairs and Political Communications and has previously worked as Chief of Staff in portfolios including Education, Sport, Investment & Trade, West Connex and Western Sydney. |

Andrew Christopher – Director Andrew was recently appointed as a Director of Souths Cares. He has practised as a lawyer for over 30 years and was until recently the President of North Bondi Surf Life Saving Club. He is a lifelong South Sydney supporter and has had a close involvement with the Rabbitohs management as an advisor for over 25 years. |
