Eligible Entrants:

Entry is only open to Australian (excluding South Australian and ACT) residents who are 18 years and over.

Entrants must be able to attend the Eligible Match (as defined in the "Eligible Match" section below) at their own cost, noting the date, time and/or location of the Eligible Match may change. See the "Eligible Match" section below for more details.

The following persons are NOT eligible to take part in the Promotion:

a) anyone under the age of 18 years old;

b) any professional, semi-professional or former professional player for any form of National Football League (NFL), Football, Soccer, Australian Football League (AFL), Rugby Union, Rugby League or other football format;

c) anyone that has ever received, or been entitled to receive, more than A$10,000 in payment or reward (including match fees, sponsorship fees, cash, goods or services) for playing any form of NFL, Football, Soccer, AFL, Rugby Union, Rugby League or other football format;

d) anyone that has ever been a member of, or played on, any NFL, Football, Soccer, AFL, Rugby Union, Rugby League or other football team in Australia or overseas; and

e) anyone that has ever been a professional coach for any NFL, Football, Soccer, AFL, Rugby Union, Rugby League or other football team in Australia or overseas.

Eligible Match: Round 27 - Rabbitohs vs Roosters Rugby League game on Friday 1 September 2023 at Accor Stadium, Edwin Flack Avenue, Sydney Olympic Park, NSW, 2127, Australia.

If the above listed match does not go ahead or goes ahead without spectators, due to COVID-19 or any other unforeseen circumstances, the Qualifying Challenge and Game (as detailed in the sections entitled 'Draw' and 'Game Details' respectively below) will be conducted at a different match at an alternative date, time and/or location as determined by the Promoter, and the alternative match determined by the Promoter will be considered the "Eligible Match" for the purposes of this Promotion.

How to Enter:

To enter the Promotion, the entrant must, during the Promotional Period, visit Rabbitohs Competition Page, follow the prompts to the MG & Rabbitohs ‘Your Chance to WIN 1 of 3 MG ZSEV Essence’ Promotion entry page, enter their personal details (first name, last name, email address and mobile phone number) and submit the fully completed entry form.

Entries Permitted:

Only one (1) eligible entry per person will be accepted (entries to be de-duplicated by email address and phone number) during the Promotional Period. By completing the entry method, the entrant will receive one (1) entry.

Multiple entries from the same person and fraudulent entries will be disqualified.

Draw:

a) A draw will take place at 12pm (midday) AEST on 24th August 2023 at Hive Marketing Group, Suite 222, 117 Old Pittwater Rd, Brookvale NSW 2101 using computerized random selection.

b) The first five (5) valid entries drawn (each a “Qualifying Challenge Player”) will be required to participate in a Qualifying Challenge (as detailed in paragraph (c) below). Two (2) Players will be eliminated in the Qualifying Challenge and the three (3) remaining Players will then go onto play the Game for the chance to win an MG MY23 ZSEV Essence car up to the value of AUD$53,000 (including on-road costs) ("Major Prize"). The Qualifying Challenge and Game will both take place at the Eligible Match.

c) The Qualifying Challenge is a game of skill. The details of the Qualifying Challenge including any applicable conditions will be determined by the Promoter and provided to the Players prior to the start of the Qualifying Challenge. The Players will be provided with an eligibility form explaining the rules of the Qualifying Challenge which they must sign indicating their understanding and agreement to the rules, prior to participating in the Qualifying Challenge.

d) Each Qualifying Challenge Player can nominate one (1) companion and they will all be provided with one (1) ticket to the Eligible Match (if they do not already have a ticket) valued at AU$25. All costs associated with travel to and from the Eligible Match (including any applicable flights, accommodation, etc.) will be the responsibility of each Player and their respective companion.

e) Players unable or unwilling to attend the Eligible Match will forfeit their ability to participate in the Qualifying Challenge and Game.

f) The Promoter will draw additional reserve entries (as detailed in paragraph (g) below) in case:

a. of an invalid entry or entrant;

b. an entrant cannot be contacted; or

c. the entrant does not want to participate in the Qualifying Challenge or Game.

g) If any of the events listed in paragraph (f) occur, the Promoter will contact the next reserve entrant drawn. This process will continue with each entrant having 2 hours (120 minutes) to call the Promoter back and accept participation in the Qualifying Challenge and Game from the first phone call to them by the Promoter. If a Player fails to do so they will forfeit their right to participate in the Qualifying Challenge and Game and therefore their opportunity to win a prize.

h) Under no circumstances whatsoever will a proxy or replacement participant be permitted to take part in the Qualifying Challenge or Game, if the Player is unable to participate for any reason. An ID check may be carried out by the Promotional Staff prior to the Qualifying Challenge or Game starting to ensure the Player is the correct eligible Qualifying Challenge or Game participant.

Game Details:

• Each of the three (3) Players who proceed to participate in the Game (each a "Game Player") has the chance to win a MG MY23 ZSEV Essence car up to the value of AUD$53,000 (including on-road costs) in the Game.

• The Major Prize includes automatic transmission, 12-months registration, 12-months compulsory third party insurance, stamp duty and dealer delivery charges (which may vary from state by state). If a Game Player wins the Major Prize, the winner will be required to collect the vehicle from their nearest authorised MG dealership in Australia. Additional insurance, options, petrol and all other ancillary costs are the responsibility of the winner. The Promoter may, in its absolute discretion, accommodate the winner's colour preference (excluding metallic options), subject to availability.

• The details of the Game including any applicable conditions will be determined by the Promoter and provided to the Players prior to the start of the Game. The Players will be provided with an eligibility form explaining the rules of the Game which they must sign indicating their understanding and agreement to the rules, prior to participating in the Game.

• The Game will be recorded and will be reviewed by an independent scrutineer, and a prize will only be awarded when/if there is no reasonable doubt the Game was played fairly in accordance with the applicable rules, with no tampering by the Game Player.

• If a Game Player successfully ‘wins’ the Game, they will be awarded the Major Prize of an MG MY23 ZSEV Essence car up to the value of AUD$53,000 (including on-road costs and if unsuccessful in the Game, the Game Player will not win the Major Prize, and the Game Player will instead be awarded the consolation prize of AU$250 .

• A minimum of two Go-Pros and/or hand-held iPhones will be set up to take footage of Game, or preferably live coverage footage (Channel 9 or similar) and this will be supplied by Rabbitohs to an independent scrutineer, before a prize will be finally awarded.

• A loss adjustor must be present at the Game to ensure the Game is conducted as per these Conditions of Entry and any Game rules.

• Any cash prize will be awarded via EFT to an Australian bank account in the Game Player’s name. The Game Player will be required to provide their bank details to the Promoter in order for the Promoter to facilitate the award of the prize. If the Game Player fails to provide their bank account details by the date/time specified by the Promoter, they will forfeit their right to the prize.

Total Prize Pool: Up to a maximum of AUD $159, 250

Qualifying Challenge Player Notification:

Each Qualifying Challenge Player will be notified within one (1) hour of the draw via phone and email. Players will be published at www.rabbitohs.com.au on Friday 25th August 2023.

1. The entrant agrees and acknowledges that they have read these Conditions of Entry (and Schedule) and that entry into the Promotion is deemed to be acceptance of these Conditions of Entry (and Schedule). Any capitalised terms used in these Conditions of Entry have the meaning given in the Schedule, unless stated otherwise.

2. The Promotion commences on the Start Date and ends on the End Date ("Promotional Period"). Entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt by the Promoter and not at the time of transmission or deposit by the entrant. Records of the Promoter and its agencies are final and conclusive as to the time of receipt.

3. Valid and eligible entries will only be accepted during the Promotional Period listed in the Schedule above.

4. Employees (and their immediate family members) of agencies/companies directly associated with the conduct of this Promotion, the Promoter, businesses involved in determination of winner/s for the Promotion, businesses involved in the management of the Promotion, any organisation benefiting from the Promotion, the Promoter’s distributors, suppliers, subsidiary companies/businesses and associated companies and agencies are not eligible to enter. "Immediate family member" means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.

5. If there are no prize winner/s or winner/s for this Promotion cannot be found, this information will be published at www.rabbitohs.com.au.

6. All reasonable attempts will be made to contact a player or winner.

7. If any winner chooses not to take their prize (or is unable to) or does not take or claim a prize by the time specified by the Promoter, or is unavailable, they forfeit the prize and the Promoter is not obliged to substitute the prize.

8. The value of the Major Prize is accurate and based upon the recommended retail value of the Major Prize (inclusive of GST) at the date of printing. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of the prize after that date.

9. No part of a prize is exchangeable or transferable, unless otherwise specified in writing by the Promoter.

10. No entry fee is charged by the Promoter to enter the Promotion.

11. The prize will be awarded to the person named in the entry and any entry that is made on behalf of an entrant or by a third party will be invalid. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant or winner, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant or winner.

12. Entrants' personal information will be collected by the Promoter and shared with SAIC MOTOR AUSTRALIA PTY LTD (each a 'Collector'). Personal information will be stored on each Collector's database. The Collectors may use this information for future marketing purposes regarding its products, including contacting the entrant electronically. The Collectors are bound by the Australian Privacy Principles in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and their respective privacy policy which is located at https://www.rabbitohs.com.au/privacy-policy (for the Promoter) and https://mgmotor.com.au/privacy/ (for SAIC MOTOR AUSTRALIA PTY LTD). Each Collector's privacy policy contains information about how the entrant may access, update and seek correction of the personal information the respective Collector holds about them and how the entrant may complain about any potential breach by the Collector of the Australian Privacy Principles or any other Australian privacy laws and how such complaints will be dealt with. The Collectors obtain personal information about entrants to enable them to participate in this Promotion and may disclose the entrants' personal information to third parties including its contractors and agents, prize suppliers, service providers to assist in conducting this Promotion and to the State and Territory lottery departments as required under the relevant lottery legislation. If the entrant does not provide their personal information as requested, they may be ineligible to enter or claim a prize in the Promotion. SAIC MOTOR AUSTRALIA PTY LTD may transfer entrants' personal information to countries specified in its privacy policy, see https://mgmotor.com.au/privacy/ for details. The Promoter will not disclose personal information collected from entrants to any entity located outside of Australia.

13. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse to allow a player to take part in the Qualifying Challenge or Game, if the Promoter determines in their absolute discretion, that a player is not in the physical or mental condition necessary to be able to safely participate in the Qualifying Challenge or Game in order to have a chance of winning the prize. It is a condition of participating in the Qualifying Challenge and/or Game that the player may be required to sign a legal release as determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion, prior to participating.

14. If a prize is provided to the Promoter by a third party, the prize is subject to the terms and conditions of the third party prize supplier and the provision of the prize is the sole responsibility of the third party and not the Promoter. The terms and conditions which apply to the prize at the time it is issued to the winner will prevail over these Conditions of Entry, to the extent of any inconsistency. The Promoter accepts no responsibility or liability for any delay or failure by the third party to deliver the prize, any delay or failure relating to the prize itself or failure by the third party to meet any of its obligations in these Conditions of Entry or otherwise.

15. Any guarantee or warranty given is in addition to any relevant statutory guarantees and warranties and nothing in these Conditions of Entry restricts, excludes or modifies or purports to restrict, exclude or modify any statutory consumer rights under any applicable law including the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).

16. If for any reason any aspect of this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of computer virus, communications network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failure or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion and invalidate any affected entries, or suspend or modify a prize, subject to State or Territory regulations.

17. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to validate and check the authenticity of entries and entrant's details (including an entrant's identity, age and place of residence). In the event that a winner cannot provide suitable proof as required by the Promoter to validate their entry, the winner will forfeit the prize in whole and no substitute will be offered. Incomplete, indecipherable, inaudible, incorrect and illegible entries, as applicable, will at the Promoter's discretion be deemed invalid and not eligible to win. Entries containing offensive or defamatory comments, or which breach any law or infringe any third party rights, including intellectual property rights, are not eligible to win. The use of any automated entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows an individual to automatically enter repeatedly is prohibited and may render all entries submitted by that individual invalid.

18. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify entries in the event of non-compliance with these Conditions of Entry. In the event that there is a dispute concerning the conduct of the Promotion or claiming a prize, the Promoter will resolve the dispute in direct consultation with the entrant. If the dispute cannot be resolved the Promoter’s decision will be final.

19. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense, damage, personal injury or death which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person's negligence or wilful misconduct) in connection with this Promotion or accepting or using any prize (or recommendation), except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law).

20. The entrant will participate in and co-operate as required with all reasonable marketing and editorial activities relating to the Promotion, including (but not limited to) being recorded, photographed, filmed or interviewed and acknowledges that the Promoter may use any such marketing and editorial material without further reference or compensation to them.

21. Unless otherwise specified, a prize is a single event for the winner (and where relevant their guests) and cannot be separated into separate events or components.

22. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications and the entrant must seek their own independent financial advice in regards to the tax implications relating to the prize or acceptance of the prize.

23. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of these rights.
