The South Sydney Rabbitohs are proud to announce the multi-year extension of their partnership with Australian-born food delivery platform, Menulog, for seasons 2023-25.
Menulog has been the Official Foody Partner of the Rabbitohs since 2020, and from 2021 extended their partnership to become the official Upper Back Jersey Partner for the Rabbitohs NRL team and the official Sternum Partner for the Rabbitohs’ Pathways Teams.
The Rabbitohs and Menulog share many of the same brand and business values, and the alignment of Football and delivering joy through delicious food makes sense.
For Menulog, the partnership with the oldest club in the NRL is pivotal to their long term brand strategy, empowering every food moment, which of course includes one of Australia's favourite pastimes - watching great footy.
Rabbitohs CEO Blake Solly is excited about extending the partnership with one of the country’s leading food delivery businesses.
Blake Solly, Rabbitohs CEO
Menulog have been outstanding partners of ours over the past three years and we’re all excited to be extending our partnership with them for at least another three years
“Menulog stood by us throughout the difficult times brought on by the COVID-19 pandemic, they’ve included us in their marketing campaigns alongside global giants such as Katy Perry and Snoop Dogg, as well as local Rugby League champions in former South Sydney players Greg Inglis and Craig Wing. They’ve connected with our Members, our supporters and our communities. The partnership has been enormous.
“Innovative marketing and excellent product delivery have made Menulog one of the nation’s great success stories in recent years and we have the same goals and ambitions to be a leader in innovative and engaging content, products and practices throughout our entire club.
“The Menulog team has led a wonderful partnership, it’s been a perfect match for us, and we can’t wait to expand on the leaps and bounds we’ve taken together over the next three years and beyond.”
On the partnership extension, Menulog Marketing Director, Simon Cheng, said:
“Rugby League is an obvious passion for many Aussies and is best enjoyed when sharing a meal, so supporting the NRL and fellow Sydney-siders, the Rabbitohs, is a no-brainer fit for us.
“We are selective with our partnerships, but it’s clear the South Sydney club ticks a lot of boxes for us - a local business with strong ties to the community and natural alignment to food and delivering joy.
“They’ve been excellent partners to us and we are eager to continue working with them for years to come.”
