The South Sydney Rabbitohs’ SG Ball Cup under 19s men’s team and the Harold Matthews Cup under 17s boys’ team will play in Qualifying Final matches this weekend, while the NSW Cup men’s and Jersey Flegg Cup under 21s men’s teams taking on the Eels away from home.
The SG Ball Cup team claimed the minor premiership last Saturday after defeating the Balmain Tigers and will play the Manly-Warringah Sea Eagles this Saturday 11 April at 11:30am at HE Laybutt Field as they look to earn a berth in the Preliminary Finals.
The Harold Matthews Cup team finished in third on the ladder at the completion of their regular season and they will play the Penrith Panthers this Saturday 11 April at 10am at HE Laybutt Field for a spot in the Preliminary Finals.
The NSW Cup and Jersey Flegg Cup matches against the Parramatta Eels will be played on Sunday 12 April at the Eels Centre of Excellence in Kellyville at 6pm and 3:30pm respectively.
The Tarsha Gale Cup under 19s women’s team and the Lisa Fiaola Cup under 17s girls’ team have finished their seasons for 2026 with their final matches of the regular season being abandoned due to the weather and the state of the playing fields.
