Judiciary: Kennar Charge Downgraded

Rabbitohs centre Richie Kennar successfully had his Grade Two Careless High Tackle charge downgraded to a Grade One by the NRL Judiciary on Tuesday night. Kennar has accepted a fine of $3,000 for the charge and will be available to play in round 25 against the Knights this Saturday.

Kennar was originally charged by the Match Review Committee with a Grade Two Careless High Tackle on Luke Laulilii in the 31st minute, which would have resulted in a three-match suspension had he taken the early guilty plea.
