Rabbitohs utility Jed Cartwright will move on at the end of Season 2023 after signing an extended contract with another NRL Club.

Cartwright, 26, has played 30 NRL matches, of which 29 have been for the Rabbitohs, since making his first grade debut in 2019.

Rabbitohs Head of Football, Mark Ellison, said: “Jed has been a valuable member of our squad and has performed well when he’s had the opportunity to get on the field.

“He is a great teammate and comes from a fantastic family, and we wish him the best of luck with his new club from next season. In the meantime, Jed will play a key role in our push towards a finals berth and our campaign to win our 22nd Premiership this year.

“Jed will always be a Rabbitoh.”
