Online Entry Draw:
• A draw will take place at 12pm AEST on 12/06/25 at Hive Marketing Group, Suite 222, 117 Old Pittwater Rd, Brookvale NSW 2101 using computerized random selection.
• The first valid entry drawn will qualify for the Activity.
• The draw conductor may draw additional reserve entries in case an invalid entry or entrant is drawn.
• If a draw is scheduled on the weekend or a public holiday, the draw will be conducted at the same time and location on the following business day. • The Drawn Entrant will be provided with one (1) ticket to the Eligible Match valued at AUD $25.00 (if they do not already have a ticket). All costs associated with travel to and from the Eligible Match (including any applicable flights, accommodation, etc.) will be the responsibility of the Drawn Entrant.
• If the Drawn Entrant is unable or unwilling to attend the Eligible Match, they will forfeit their ability to participate in the Activity and the Game.
• If a Drawn Entrant cannot be contacted by 2pm AEST 12/06/25, the Promoter will contact the next reserve entrant drawn. This process will continue with each entrant having 2 hours (120 minutes) to call the Promoter back and accept participation in the Activity and the Game from the first phone call to them by the Promoter. If the Drawn Entrant fails to do so they will forfeit their right to participate in the Activity and the Game and therefore their opportunity to win a prize.
The Activity:
• The one (1) valid entry drawn (“Drawn Entrant”) and one (1) successful entrant from the pre-game activation (“Selected Entrant”) will be required to participate in the Activity to determine which one will take part in the game for the chance to win the major prize of AUD$100,000 ("Game").
• Under no circumstances whatsoever will a proxy or replacement participant be permitted to take part in the Activity or the Game, if the Drawn Entrant or Selected Entrant is unable to participate for any reason. An ID check may be carried out by promotional staff prior to the Activity and the Game starting to ensure the Drawn Entrant and Selected Entrant each have a valid entry.
• The Drawn Entrant and Selected Entrant will be provided with an eligibility form explaining the rules of the Qualifying Activity/Game which they must sign indicating their understanding and agreement to the rules, prior to participating in the Qualifying Activity/Game.
• The Activity will take place immediately before the Game at the Eligible Match. • There is a chance to win AUD$100,000 (paid via EFT) in the Game (“Major Prize”).
• The details of the Game including any applicable conditions will be determined by the Promoter and provided to the Player prior to the start of the Game.
• The Game will be recorded and will be reviewed by an independent scrutineer, and a prize will only be awarded when/if there is no reasonable doubt the Game was played fairly in accordance with the applicable rules, with no tampering by the Player.
• The Game will consist of 12 envelopes:
(a) 2 envelopes will contain promotional messages representing winning symbols; and
(b) the other 10 envelopes will each contain promotional messages representing non-winning symbols.
• To play the Game, the Player must choose 2 envelopes without touching, handling or interfering in any way with any of the other envelopes on display. If the Player is found to have breached this condition, he/she will be disqualified.
