Aqualand Promotion – Aqualand Match Day Challenge Terms & Conditions ("Conditions of Entry")

This is a game of chance and skill. Participants will be selected to take part in a live on-field relay-style challenge during half-time of a Rabbitohs NRL match. One winning team will have the chance to win a $10,000 Etymon Projects voucher.

Promotional Period:

Start date: 31/07/25 at 12:01 am AEST

End date: 18/08/25 at 11:59 pm AEST

Eligible Entrants:

A. Entry is only open to NSW, NT, QLD, TAS, VIC and WA residents who are 18 years and over.

B. Participants must be physically capable of light activity (e.g. sprinting, kicking, catching etc).

C. By entering, entrants acknowledge and accept these terms and confirm their fitness to participate.

How to Enter:

To enter the Promotion, the entrant must visit HERE, follow the prompts to the Promotion entry page and fully complete and submit the online entry form with their personal details (first name, last name, email address, mobile number and state/territory of residence) during the Promotional Period. Entrants will then get a confirmation email.

Entries Permitted:

Entries limit one (1) entry permitted per person for initial entry

Any entries (above limit specified above) from the same person/email/phone number and fraudulent entries will be disqualified.

Draw:

The draw will take place South Sydney District Rugby League Football Club Limited, USANA Rabbitohs Centre, 417–439 Bunnerong Road, Maroubra NSW 2035 on 19/08/25 at 12pm AEST using computerised random selection.

Each selected entrant (a “Finalist”) will be required to nominate one teammate of their choice to form a two-person team.

The nominated teammate must also be aged 18 or over, meet all eligibility criteria, and consent to participate.

Finalists and their teammates must be available to attend the designated match and complete the on-field challenge.

The draw conductor may draw additional reserve entries and record them in order in case an invalid entry or ineligible entrant is drawn.

Winner Determination/Game Details:

A. The Challenge (“Game”) is a timed, team-based relay challenge involving sprinting, ball-passing, and football skills. An Aqualand team will also participate. The first team to successfully complete all activities and reach the finish line will win the $10,000 AUD Etymon Voucher (“Major Prize”).

B. The Game will take place during half time at the South Sydney Rabbitohs vs St George Illawarra Dragons match at 7.50pm on Thursday, 21 August 2025 at Accor Stadium (“Eligible Match”). Details and rules of the Game including requirements to ‘win’, will be communicated to Finalists prior to the start of the activity.

C. The three (3) Finalists will each be provided with two (2) tickets to the Eligible Match (if they do not already have a ticket) (with each ticket valued at $25). All costs associated with travel to and from the Eligible Match (including any applicable flights, accommodation, etc.) will be the responsibility of the Finalists and their guest.

D. Any and all costs associated with attending the Game are the sole responsibility of the Participant. Finalists unable or unwilling to attend the Eligible Match will forfeit their ability to participate in the Game.

E. Under no circumstances whatsoever will a proxy or replacement participant be permitted to take part in the Game, if the Finalist is unable to participate for any reason. An ID check may be carried out by the Promotional Staff prior to the Game starting to ensure the Finalist is the correct eligible Game participant

F. A minimum of two Go-Pros and/or hand-held Mobile Phones will be set up to take footage of the Qualifying Activity/Game, or preferably live coverage footage (Channel 9 or similar) and this will be supplied by Rabbitohs before a prize will be finally awarded.

G. The Game will be recorded and the prize will only be awarded when/if there is no reasonable doubt the Game was played fairly in accordance with the applicable rules, with no tampering by the Finalist/Player.

Prize:

Major Prize: $10,000 Etymon Projects gift voucher

If a Finalist team defeats Team Aqualand, that team wins the full $10,000 voucher.

Consolation Prize: If Team Aqualand wins, Finalists will receive a consolation prize

Prize Conditions:

$10,000 Etymon Voucher:

• Any ancillary costs associated with redeeming the voucher are not included. Any unused balance of the voucher will not be awarded as cash. Redemption of the voucher is subject to any terms and conditions of the issuer including those specified on the voucher.

Tickets:

• The Eligible Match ticket prizes are subject to the event venue and ticket terms and conditions, including any applicable age restrictions. The Promoter and event organisers hereby expressly reserve the right to eject any winner and/or his/her companion for any inappropriate behaviour, including but not limited to intoxication, whilst participating in any element of the prize.

Winner Notification:

The Finalists will be notified by email and phone on the same day as the draw (19/08/25).

The Finalists' details will be published HERE on 20/08/25.

Unclaimed Prizes:

If a Finalist cannot be contacted or does not confirm their participation by 2pm AEST 19/08/25, the Promoter will contact the next reserve finalist. This process will continue with each entrant having 2 hours (120 minutes) to call the Promoter back and accept participation in the Game from the first phone call to them by the Promoter. If a Finalist fails to do so they will forfeit their right to participate in the Game and therefore their opportunity to win a prize.

If there are no reserve eligible entrants drawn in remaining, there will be a redraw on 20/08/25 at 12:00 pm AEST at South Sydney District Rugby League Football Club Limited, USANA Rabbitohs Centre, 417–439 Bunnerong Road, Maroubra NSW 2035. The winners of the redraw will be notified by email and phone on the same day as the redraw. The new Finalists’ details will be published at HERE on 20/08/25.

If there are no Finalist/s or Finalist/s for this Promotion cannot be found, this information will be published on HERE.

Publicity and Media Consent:

The Promoter and its partners may film, photograph, or otherwise record the challenge and participants.

By participating, entrants grant the Promoter and Aqualand Projects Pty Ltd the right to use their name, and performance for promotional and marketing purposes in any media without compensation.

Participants may be featured in post-event coverage, including social media.
