Overview

What is changing for 2027?

In 2027, the South Sydney Rabbitohs will play 11 home games across two Sydney venues — 7 at Accor Stadium and 4 at Allianz Stadium. To accommodate this, Members will choose from three options when renewing their Membership.

What are the three venue options?

• Dual-Stadium — covers all 11 home games across Accor Stadium and Allianz Stadium, as well as the Bulldogs away reciprocal game

• Accor Stadium only — covers 7 home games at Accor Stadium, as well as the Bulldogs away reciprocal game

• Allianz Stadium only — covers 4 home games at Allianz Stadium

Does anything change about how I renew?

The renewal process is the same as previous years, with one additional step — choosing which venue option suits you. All other renewal steps remain unchanged.

What's the single best way to get the best seats at Allianz Stadium in 2027?

Being a Member in 2026, and choosing Dual-Stadium Reserved Seat Membership in 2027. Every 2026 Membership earns you a selection window ahead of brand-new 2027 Members, and Dual-Stadium Members are always prioritised ahead of Allianz Stadium-only Members regardless of tenure. The earlier you're in, and the more venues you commit to, the better your seat.

What reserved seat categories are available at Allianz Stadium?

In 2027 there will only be one reserved seat category to choose from at Allianz Stadium.

What reserved seat categories are available at Accor Stadium?

Accor Stadium reserved seat categories are changing for 2027, with only one reserved seat category to choose from, the same as Allianz Stadium.

I currently hold a Gold or Silver Reserved seat at Accor Stadium. Can I keep it?

You are able to keep the same seats you have previously held at Accor Stadium, however they will be part of the one reserved seat category. You will be able to upgrade to a more central reserved seat online if you prefer. This process can be done online once renewed or with assistance from our Customer Experience team. For further information on Gold and Silver reserved seat Memberships, see the "Former Silver and Gold Members" section further down.

Accor Stadium Seating

What happens to my existing Accor Stadium reserved seat?

Nothing changes. If you hold a reserved seat at Accor Stadium, it remains yours when you renew. The same process as previous years applies — your seat is held until the reserved seat renewal deadline in early to mid December (Final date to be advised via email). Any unrenewed seats will be released into available inventory after that date, consistent with previous year's processes.

Do I need to do anything to keep my Accor Stadium seat?

No action is required beyond renewing your Membership before the deadline. Your Accor Stadium seat does not form part of the Allianz Stadium seat selection process.

Allianz Stadium Seat Selection — The Basics

How does Allianz Stadium seat selection work?

Members who renew into a Dual-Stadium or Allianz Stadium-only Reserved Seat Membership for 2027 will be invited to select a dedicated seat at Allianz Stadium. This happens through a structured priority window process in November 2026, with the exact date to be confirmed via email. The seat you select becomes yours each season, on the same first-rights basis as our Accor Stadium seating.

Is my Allianz Stadium seat connected to my Accor Stadium seat?

No. Your Allianz Stadium seat is separate to your Accor Stadium seat. If you hold a Dual-Stadium Membership, you will have a reserved seat at each venue independently.

What happens to my Allianz Stadium seat in future seasons?

Once selected, your Allianz Stadium seat is yours each season. You have first rights to renew into the same seat annually until the allocated reserved seat deadline, which is the same terms as your Accor Stadium seat.

I hold a Burrow, General Admission or Flexi Membership at Allianz Stadium. Is my seat reserved?

Burrow, General Admission and Flexi Members have access to their designated bays and areas at Allianz Stadium, but do not hold individual reserved seats. Please note that for the Roosters match each year and any other marquee fixtures (at the Club's discretion), Members holding Burrow, General Admission and Flexi Memberships will be required to redeem tickets into those sections separately to ensure Membership Bays don't exceed capacity. To avoid this process and ensure you don't miss out on the best seats, we encourage Members to purchase a Reserved Seat Membership.

Seating at Allianz Stadium

Where are the reserved seats at Allianz Stadium?

All Reserved Seat Memberships are located along the East and West sidelines of Allianz Stadium (subject to capacity). Allianz Stadium's design means every reserved seat delivers an outstanding view of the action — both sidelines offer exceptional views across the field. The tunnel is located on the West side. We encourage all Members to explore the available seating map when their selection window opens and choose the position that suits them best.

Priority Windows

How do I get access to the Allianz Stadium seat selection process?

To gain access to the seat redemption process for Allianz Stadium, you will need to have renewed into a Dual-Stadium Reserved Seat Membership or an Allianz Stadium-only Reserved Seat Membership in 2027.

When does the Allianz Stadium seat selection process start?

This process starts in November with an exact date to be communicated to relevant Members via email.

How is my selection window determined?

Once you are an eligible 2027 Reserved Seat Member, your window is based on three things, in order: (1) whether you've chosen Dual-Stadium or Allianz Stadium-only, (2) your 2026 Membership tier, and (3) your continuous loyalty tenure. Dual-Stadium Reserved Seat Members are prioritised ahead of Allianz Stadium-only Reserved Seat Members at every stage — regardless of 2026 tier or tenure.

Do Dual-Stadium Members always get earlier access than Allianz Stadium-only Members?

Yes. Every Dual-Stadium Reserved Seat Member is prioritised ahead of every Allianz Stadium-only Reserved Seat Member, regardless of 2026 membership history or tenure.

How does loyalty tenure affect when I can access my window?

Within each of the ten tiers above, access opens in three groups based on continuous Membership tenure, from longest-serving to newest. Once a group opens, all Members from earlier groups remain active — nobody's access closes until the overall window itself closes.

Your exact access date and time will be communicated in your window notification email. Once in the selection window, it is a first come first served allocation.

Note: these Loyalty Tier names (Bronze through Churchill) are a separate tenure-recognition ladder based on continuous years of Membership — distinct from the Reserved Seat Membership category, and unrelated to the Gold/Silver/Diamond seat tiers being retired.

Why do 2026 Members get priority over new 2027 Members?

Every 2026 Membership — regardless of type — gives you a selection window ahead of any brand new 2027 Member within the same venue band (Dual Stadiums or Allianz Stadium-only). Becoming a Member in 2026, and choosing a Dual Stadiums Reserved Seat Membership, is the single best way to secure the earliest possible access to Allianz Stadium seat selection.

I'm a new 2027 Member. Does my window matter?

Yes. If you purchase a Dual Stadiums or Allianz Stadium-only Reserved Seat Membership for 2027, you will have access to select from remaining inventory in your window. Choosing Dual Stadiums rather than Allianz Stadium-only will also move you ahead of all Allianz-only Members, new or renewing. We encourage you to renew early to take advantage of the best available seats at that stage.

Choosing Your Seat

How do I select my seat?

Once you are an eligible 2027 Reserved Seat Member, when your window opens, you will receive a direct link to the seat selection portal. The portal will show you a live map of Allianz Stadium with available seats in your category. You select your seat, confirm, and it is locked to your account. A step-by-step guide and video walkthrough will be available before windows open.

Can I change my seat after selecting?

Yes. Once you have selected a seat, you can return to the portal and swap to any available seat within your Membership category at any time until the selection process closes. There is no limit on changes while the portal is open.

What If I Miss My Window

What if I don't select a seat during my window?

You can still select from remaining available inventory in any subsequent open window. You do not lose your place permanently — but available seats will be more limited the longer you wait.

What if I genuinely couldn't access my window due to an emergency or technical issue?

We cannot guarantee specific seats will remain available, but we will do our best to assist. Family & Group Seating

I currently sit with a group, am I able to do so at Allianz Stadium?

In 2027 we are introducing a 'Groups' feature, where eligible Members can enter a group together to ensure they can select seats together.

How will the new 'Groups' feature work?

Eligible 2027 Reserved Seat Members will need to allocate a 'Group Leader' and collect all Group Members details. Once Groups are approved, the Group Leader will be able to select seats on behalf of the group.

How do different loyalty tenure tiers work in the 'Groups' feature?

The Groups feature will ensure the Groups selection tier is based off the Groups Leaders loyalty tenure. To ensure that this is done correctly, the Group should nominate the longest tenured Member to be their 'Group Leader'.

Can my family select seats together?

Yes. A nominated group leader can select seats for all linked family accounts simultaneously during the highest-tier Member's window. Details on how family accounts are linked will be confirmed through the Rabbitohs Membership portal closer to the selection process.

We'd like to sit with friends or a group. What should we do?

At this stage, we recommend aligning with all of your group Members before renewals starts to ensure you are all ready to go. We will communicate more information closer to renewals with the finalised process. Former Silver & Gold Members

What happened to my Silver or Gold Reserved seat?

Silver and Gold Reserved no longer exist as separate categories in 2027. All Accor Stadium reserved seating now sits within one product — Reserved Seat Membership. If you're happy staying at Accor Stadium only, nothing changes: your existing seat is yours to renew as normal under the new single-tier name.

I want access to Allianz Stadium. What are my options?

Reserved Seat Membership is available across three venue options — there is no separate Gold or Diamond distinction, one reserved category applies throughout.

Dual-Stadium Membership brings the per-game cost down to $45.83 across 12 games, versus $56.88 for Accor-only — the lowest per-game rate of any single-venue product.

Membership Cards

Will I have two Membership cards for the 2027 season?

Your Accor Stadium Membership card will be included in your standard Membership pack as normal. Your Allianz Stadium Membership card will be issued digitally once your seat selection is confirmed. If you require a physical Allianz Stadium card, this can be arranged for a fee of $10. Further details will be provided once the selection process is complete.

Refunds & Changes

Can I downgrade from a Dual Stadium Membership after renewing?

If you request a change before receiving your Membership pack, we can process a refund for the price difference. Once your Membership pack has been issued, you will be required to pay any difference rather than receive a refund. This is consistent with our standard Membership policy.

What if I'm unhappy with my seat?

You can change your seat at any time through the portal while the selection process is open. If you have any further concerns, please contact our Customer Experience team at [email protected] or (02) 8306 9922 (Mon–Fri, 9am–5pm). We will assess on a case-by-case basis. We cannot guarantee specific seats will remain available, but we will do our best to assist. Keeping your contact details up to date before the process opens is the best way to ensure you receive all window communications.

Transfers

Can I transfer my Allianz Stadium seat to someone else?

No. Allianz Stadium reserved seats are non-transferable. Seats are linked to your account and cannot be passed to another person, sold or reassigned.

What about in the event of death or serious illness?

In compassionate circumstances, a one-time transfer to an immediate family member may be approved. Please contact our Customer Experience team. The transferred seat does not carry the original tenure — the new account holder's own continuous Membership tenure applies.

I have accessibility requirements. How does this process work for me?

Members with accessibility requirements will be contacted directly. Seats will be allocated through a separate process to ensure your needs are met without requiring you to compete in the general selection window. Update Your Contact Details

Why is updating my contact details important?

All seat selection communications — including your window open notification — will be sent to your registered email address. If your details are out of date, you may miss your window entirely.
