The South Sydney Rabbitohs are excited to announce that international second rower Jaydn Su’A has activated the option in his playing contract meaning he will be in the red and green of the Rabbitohs until at least the end of the 2021 season.
Su’A, 22, has played 41 NRL matches since making his debut for the Brisbane Broncos in 2016, including ten appearances for the Rabbitohs since joining the Club in mid-2019.

Su’A has also represented Samoa in one test match in 2019, as well as the Queensland Emerging Maroons in the same year, the Junior Kangaroos in 2016 and 2017, and Queensland in the under 20s, under 18s and under 16s.
Rabbitohs Head of Football Mark Ellison says Su’A is an integral part of the Club’s plans for this season and next.
I just thought to myself that to take my game to the next level, this would be the Club to do it at.Jaydn Su'A
“Jaydn has worked really hard over the off season to put himself into a position to become our starting backrower and he was playing some great football before the competition was suspended in March,” Mr Ellison said.
“Wayne and our recruitment team were keen to see Jaydn stay next season and we’re delighted that he sees his future with the Rabbitohs. We look forward to seeing how he progresses when we return to the field this year.”
