• Develop, recruit and retain an NRL squad that aims to compete for the Premiership, every season;

• Operate football and commercial departments that are adequately staffed and resourced to ensure we remain at the top of the NRL on every measure;
• Invest further in our girl's and women’s programs, with the eventual aim of a team in the NRLW competition;
• Ensure the Rabbitohs are a vehicle, through Souths Cares, for marginalised and disadvantaged youth to achieve better health, education and employment outcomes;
• Continue the construction of our new Community and High Performance Centre at Heffron Park – the single most important project to secure the long-term future of the Rabbitohs.
