The South Sydney Rabbitohs are excited to support and cheer on three Rabbitohs fans who are competing at the 2016 Olympic Games in Rio.
As Rio commenced on Saturday and we were settling down to cheer on our two Rabbitohs in Rio, Boxer Shelley Watts made a great discovery - There is another Rabbitoh in Rio!

Zoe Arancini, who competes with the Australian Waterpolo squad, was found by Shelley just prior to the Rio opening ceremony.
Glenn Turner and his Australian Men's Hockey Team have had a quick start to Rio 2016, playing two matches for a win and a loss to put them third in the Men's Group A table.
Their first match saw Australia beat New Zealand 2-1. Their second match was a close encounter with Spain (who beat Brazil 7-0 in their first match) which the Aussies lost 0-1.
Turner, however, still made time to wish his Rabbitohs good luck before our Saturday night clash with the Melbourne Storm - A classy move from the Australian striker and one the Rabbitohs are very appreciative of!

Boxer Shelley Watts is hard at work preparing for her first bout after it was finalised on the 5th of August. Shelley faces Italian Irma Testa on the 13th of August - The same day your Rabbitohs clash with the Warriors in Auckland!

Perth based Zoe Arancini and the Australian Women's Waterpolo squad will hit the pool in just under two days to face the Russian squad in their opening Group A match. They'll kick off at 2:00am on Wednesday the 10th.
The Club wishes the best of luck to Turner, Watts & Arancini and will be cheering them during their Olympic journey.
