South Sydney young guns Jacob Karam, Josh Rizk, Jaxson Rahme, William Abou-Arrage and Joseph Nohra will run out for Lebanon in the Elias-Fenech Shield, while Tallis Duncan will be representing Malta.
The match will be played at Belmore Sports Oval and is the first time that the trophy has been played off for.
