This year the South Sydney Rabbitohs broke 110-year history with the introduction of their first-ever women's team.
Playing in their first ever competition the Rabbitohs women have flown out of the gates, remaining undefeated after six games and looking comfortable while they're doing it.
Enjoying a well-deserved week off this round it's time to take a look at the stars behind this incredibly gifted team.
It means a lot for me to play for the Rabbitohs. It has been my dream to play in the Red and Green since I was a young kid because I grew up in the South Sydney area and always supported them and wanted to be like the men.
Most Rugby League supporters will know of Maddie Studdon. A Jillaroos halfback and one of the game biggest stars at the age of just 24.
A South Sydney woman born and bred, Studdon has been playing Footy since she was a kid.
Taking the long and winding road towards Rugby League stardom, Studdon has laid the platform for young women wanting to play Rugby League professionally.

One of the rising stars of the future Jasmin Allende comes from a strong Rugby League family and has set the Harvey Norman NSW Women's Premiership a light in 2018.
Daughter of Rabbitohs women's team coach Danny Allende, Jasmin has been playing Rugby League her whole life and at just 21-years-old already has a pretty impressive resume of rep honours.
However, the lock forward has her eyes set on even bigger goals and if she continues her impressive form in 2018 there is no reason her goals can't be met.

It's an honour to be involved in the first female Rabbitohs team. I'm excited about how it will grow and so appreciative that the Rabbitohs took a massive step to get behind female League.
Centre Emma Gillogly didn't start playing Rugby League until two years ago but she quickly found a love for the sport and has become a regular first-team starter.
Moving from Port Macquarie to Sydney, Gillogly is all about promoting the women's game and wants nothing more than to win a comp with Souths.

Winger Rikka Lamb is another out of towner to feature in the South Sydney Rabbitohs line up and the young outside back is another player with a big future ahead.
Heralding from Dubbo NSW Lamb trekked from Dubbo and back during a three-week trial for the Rabbitohs squad showing her determination and commitment to the game of Rugby League and the Red and Green Jersey.

Forward Eunice Grimes has been playing the game of Rugby League her whole life and is ready to take the next big step in her career at the South Sydney Rabbitohs.
A Damaging ball runner and with the skill to boot, Grimes has been leading the Rabbitohs women's team charge in 2018 and has swiftly become one of the best forwards in the game.
