Rabbitohs hooker Cameron McInnes says he loves playing alongside fellow Souths Junior John Sutton and can’t wait to play in his 250th game this week.
With the Rabbitohs embedded in Cairns for the upcoming clash with the Cowboys, McInnes says it will be a special weekend for not only Sutton but the Club as a whole.
“I love playing with Sutto,” McInnes told Rugby League reporters on Thursday.
“For him to play 250 games is a great achievement, especially with him coming through the early-2000s when Souths wasn’t going that well, and he’s probably the only player that’s stuck around and made it this far.
“So it’s a great achievement for him and I know I’ll be my best, as I always do, to try and make it a good day for Sutto.”
