South Sydney Rabbitohs Skipper Sam Burgess has pleaded guilty to a Careless High Tackle charge but will contest the grading of the incident.
If he is successful in having the Grade 2 charge downgraded to a grade 1, he will receive a monetary fine and will be free to play against the Melbourne Storm this Sunday at Central Coast Stadium.
If he is found guilty of the Grade 2 offence, he will be suspended for the next two matches.
