'Job's not done yet' - Studdon

South Sydney Rabbitohs women's team halfback Maddie Studdon is delighted with the way her side finished the regular season but knows there is still work to do.

With the Minor Premiership wrapped up after a solid victory over the North Sydney Bears last Saturday, Studdon was extremely proud of her teammates, who have put in an incredible amount hard work to get to where they are this season.

"It's awesome, we've worked hard all year for this," said Studdon.

"We did start off slow in that game in the first ten minutes we couldn't find our feet but in the second half we showed what we can really do out there, we all just helped each other and had really good talk, which was good."

While taking out the Minor Premiership is always a big achievement for any side Studdon and her teammates only have eyes for one thing after the incredible the season the Red and Green has had in 2018.

"Obviously the main one is the big grand final and we've still got another game to get there," said Studdon

"But to be the Minor Premiers it means a lot to us girls and we've worked really hard to get there and I'm just really proud of this team and the efforts that we've put in this season."

With the week off now the Rabbitohs need to monitor themselves carefully in the build-up to their semi-final clash.

"The main thing is recovery and maintaining our bodies, we've had a really hard trot with the reps with girls going in and out and also injuries on top," said Studdon.

"So this week isn't going to be a massive one just a nice and relaxed week, getting our bodies right then going straight into our hard work next week because the jobs not done yet."
