Greg Inglis will be looking to finish off the season by putting in a good performance on Friday night in front of what he hopes will be a dominant Red and Green crowd at ANZ Stadium.
“We’ve just got to concentrate on ourselves and really put in a good performance,” said Inglis.
“It’s a great rivalry, it’s a great clash and even though it’s our away game I would love to see a lot of Red and Green fans out there, we are playing at ANZ, our home turf so it’s going to be a great way to finish off the season.”
Despite missing out on the finals, Inglis is focusing on ending the season on a high note and building on the recent performances going in to preseason.
“It is frustrating, we’ve got no one else to blame but ourselves.”
“I think it’s been a massive turnaround from our core group players, our senior players have really stood up and really done their job myself included.
“It’s a big turning point for our senior players that’s for sure.
“It’s obviously vital and very important to finish the season off strong,
“We will build on what we have in the last month and go into preseason and turn it around.”
