In June, we asked our Members and supporters to let us know what their preferred home venue was for the Rabbitohs into the future, and since then we have had over 5,700 responses.
Thank you for taking the time to tell us your thoughts and we will certainly listen to, and take on board, the thoughts of our Members and supporters. The results from this initial survey indicated that there is a significant cohort of Members who preferred both ANZ Stadium and the new stadium at Moore Park to be the Rabbitohs home for the future post 2020.
This gives us a direction that we can take when holding discussions with the NRL and the NSW Government in the coming months. In this second phase of research we need to get your feedback regarding where you want us to play over the next two season. Our Members have enjoyed the facilities at ANZ Stadium for 15 years and really turned it into our home ground.
We’ve also now had the opportunity to experience some home games at the new Bankwest Stadium, and the atmosphere that can be created at this stadium.
