Latrell Mitchell has taken the early guilty plea for both of his charges from Friday night and Mark Nicholls will contest the grading of a dangerous contact head/neck charge, from a grade two to a grade one.
Taking into consideration Nicholls' seven year incident free discount, if the charge is downgraded he will be free to play against the Newcastle Knights on Saturday. If he is found guilty of the grade two charge, he will miss two weeks.
Mark Nicholls' hearing is on Tuesday night 14 July.
