The South Sydney Rabbitohs are pleased to announce their 21-man NRL squad for their round 19, Beanies for Brain Cancer round, fixture against the St George Illawarra Dragons at ANZ Stadium this Friday 26 July at 7:55pm.
Head Coach Wayne Bennett has named the same 17 players that defeated the North Queensland Cowboys in round 18.
The South Sydney Rabbitohs will be supporting the Mark Hughes Foundation during the Beanies for Brain Cancer round. MHF Beanies will be available for purchase at ANZ Stadium throughout the night from the P1 parking precinct and outside of aisles 104 and 127. There will be three curtain raiser matches on Friday night including the Grand Finals of the boys and girls Bob McCarthy Cup primary school competitions. St Therese Mascot will take on St Andrew’s Malabar A in the Boys Grand Final, with St Bernard’s Botany playing against St Andrew’s Malabar in the Girls Grand Final. Both games will be played concurrently at ANZ Stadium with kick off scheduled for 5:30pm. An under 13s development game between South Sydney and St George will follow, kicking off at 6:05pm. Gates open at ANZ Stadium at 5:25pm.
Friday night’s clash between the Rabbitohs and Dragons will see the continuation of new food and beverage prices at ANZ Stadium with many items reduced by 15 to 20 per cent at the public food outlets. Integrated rail travel is included in all pre-purchased tickets and Rabbitohs Memberships. Pre-purchased tickets are also available at discounted rates including general admission family tickets from $40, adults from $20, concession tickets from $15 and juniors from $10.
