Thomas Burgess has submitted an early guilty plea after being charged for Grade 1 tripping in the South Sydney Rabbitohs' 30-10 victory over the New Zealand Warriors.
In the 25th minute of the match, Burgess was placed on report for a trip on Warriors centre Solomone Kata.
Having had one similar prior offence which contributed to a 50% loading, Burgess accepted a fine of $1,650 fee with an early guilty plea.
Burgess will not miss any playing time as a result of the charge.
