Sam Burgess invited ex-Keighley player Phil Stephenson to England training earlier this week. Phil has Motor Neurone disease, something close to Sam's heart.
Phil and his family have been following England at the Rugby League World Cup. Phil was recently diagnosed with Motor Neurone disease, a condition that affected the Burgess Brothers father.
Sam and some of the other England players gave up their time to meet the Stephenson's after training.
