Zane Musgrove is keen to get back on the field on Saturday and prove a point when the Rabbitohs take on the Manly Warringah Sea Eagles in round two.

“They’ve got a few players out but I’m sure the other players are looking to step up, we’ve got to step up from last week’s performance," said Musgrove.

“We didn’t really play how we wanted to but we’ve got this week to bounce back and prove a point."

As the Rabbitohs started off their season with a loss in round one, Musgrove explains that the whole team wants to step up and prove they can get a win under their belt.

“We had a look at the video review and there were things in attack and defence that we need to work on but we have this week to prove for the forward pack and the whole team to step up.”
