The South Sydney Rabbitohs’ under 20s outfit were humbled 38 points to nil at Suncorp Stadium tonight (Friday).

Despite a classy victory over the Cowboys last weekend, the young Rabbitohs could not replicate that performance to get the two competition points for a second week in a row in Queensland.

The Broncos led 16-0 at the half time break following tries prop Jai Whitbread, winger David Fauid and halfback Will Brimson.

The Broncos picked up where they left off in the second half with tries interchange player Tristan Hope, back rower Lachlan Lanskey, bench player Josh Rudolph and a second to Fauid, with five-eighth Haydyn O’Hara kicking five goals.

The young South Sydney side were outclassed on the night and will need to improve before taking on the Wests Tigers next Thursday evening at ANZ Stadium.
