Adam Reynolds is back this week! Now by no means am I saying that he is the be-all to end-all, but he’s certainly someone that you would want in your team.
He brings experience, direction, as well as a pin-point kicking game that we will surely benefit from this week. Welcome back ‘Reyno’ and best of luck!
There have been a few line-up changes this week, and I am satisfied that we have the team to do the job.
In some respects, The Cowboys seem to play like we do – a big forward pack rolling forward – so this game could become a game of chess with both teams trying to ‘check mate’ each other.
Thurston is undoubtedly one of the best kickers in the game, but our own Adam Reynolds is no slouch either. What a match-up this will be!
We have the potential to do plenty in this competition, but so do the 15 other teams who want the exact same thing that we do. You can make the difference!
So what are you going to do Rabbitohs? Let’s keep marching forward, throw your support behind the boys and enjoy watching the re-united halves combination of Adam Reynolds and Luke Keary take the field, the Burgess boys striding up-field and GI making inroads when it counts the most.
I am excited – especially given that we have players returning and we’re playing the Premiers. Get ready to scream, shriek and loosen the lungs in support to get our boys over the line! That’s what I’ll be doing!
We are about to head into a double-date with last season’s Grand Finalists and our boys need us now more than ever!
