Merchandise Returns & Exchanges

In the event you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, You can post your item along with a note detailing your return to: South Sydney Football Club Shop – Locked Bag 1908, Matraville NSW 2036.

*Please note, we will only accept exchanges if it falls within our 14 day returns policy (from date of delivery)

Once our team have received your return, if found to be in original condition and the below criteria is met, our team can process your requested exchange, online store credit or refund.

- Proof of purchase receipt must be provided

- Items are in bought condition, including unworn, original packaging and all swing tags attached to the garment. 

We suggest returning your items by recorded delivery, registered post or your local equivalent as we cannot accept any liability for goods lost in transit. 

Return postage costs are the sole responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated. We recommend emailing  us prior to returning an item(s) so our team can expect your return. 

In the event you have received an incorrect item(s) please contact the Rabbitohs Customer Experience Team via email at [email protected] and provide a copy of your order invoice and photos of the incorrect item(s) received.

Our team will then action appropriately and provide next steps to have the correct order sent to you as soon as possible.
