This was the second straight season Walker has taken home the award turning in some sublime performances that earned him comparisons to legendary players like Cliff Lyons due to his natural ability and dedication to his craft.

After just five NRL appearances, Blake Taaffe stepped up to the challenge of donning the Number One jersey throughout the 2021 Finals series. The pressure never got to the young livewire, whose performances earned him praise throughout the NRL community.
