The South Sydney Rabbitohs are pleased to announce their NRL squad for round 16 against the Wests Tigers to be played at Leichhardt Oval this Sunday 4 July at 4:05pm.
Rabbitohs Head Coach Wayne Bennett has named a 23-man squad due to the Rabbitohs’ level of representation in State of Origin Game II last Sunday night. The squad includes all five of the Rabbitohs players that played for their state in Brisbane on Sunday.
Liam Knight is set to play his 50th NRL game in South Sydney colours this Sunday against the Tigers. Campbell Graham will play in his 100th game for the Rabbitohs in all grades. Benji Marshall will surpass John Sutton and Brad Fittler on the game’s all-time first grade game list this Sunday and draw level with former team mate Darius Boyd in equal-ninth position on 337 first grade games.
The Rabbitohs and the Tigers will play for the Beyond Blue Cup this Sunday to help promote mental health awareness.
