The South Sydney Rabbitohs are pleased to announce their squad for their round 17 clash against the Melbourne Storm at ANZ Stadium this Friday 4 September at 7:55pm.
Rabbitohs Head Coach Wayne Bennett welcomes back Dane Gagai and Alex Johnston into his line up this week.
The Rabbitohs will be supporting the Neverrest 2 campaign at Friday night’s game. Sean Clarence, whose brother Nathan passed away from Cystic Fibrosis, is aiming to complete 15,000 push ups and 2,500 pull ups in a 24-hour period, starting at 3:45pm on Friday at ANZ Stadium prior to the kick off the Rabbitohs vs Storm match, and finishing 24 hours later at half time of the Bulldogs vs Titans match on Saturday at ANZ Stadium. This is in an effort to raise awareness around Cystic Fibrosis and, eventually, to find a cure for the disease.
Sean and the Rabbitohs are encouraging all Rabbitohs Members and supporters to join in supporting Sean in reaching his target of a combined 1,000,000 push ups during the 24-hour period. To learn more and to donate push ups, visit www.NEVERREST.com.au.
