On This Day: Rabbitohs were re-instated back into the Competition

On this day in 2001, it was announced that the Rabbitohs had won their court battle for reinstatement!

The Full Bench of the Federal Court uphelds our appeal, ruling that the Club’s exclusion from the competition is in breach of the Trade Practices Act.

At the South Sydney Leagues Club scenes of wild jubilation greet the news that South Sydney will be re-admitted to NRL competition for 2002.
