Four Brothers play on the same side vs Asotasi Big Hit on Finch

It was a memorable occasion for the Burgess Brothers in 2013 when they all laced up side-by-side, up against a bone-rattling tackle in only his second game with the Club! Only your vote can decide which Moment moves on!

Four Burgess Brothers play on the same side (2013)

Round 25, 2013 - a home game against the Wests Tigers.

Only twice in the history of the game has there been four brothers lace up in first grade, side-by-side, for the same team.

The most recent and iconic being the Rabbitohs’ favourite sons from Yorkshire, the Burgess brothers.

The Burgess brothers would go on to create a legacy for the Club, led by brother Sam, who a year later would be dubbed the Clive Churchill medallist and later inducted as a Life Member.

Roy Asotasi's Big Tackle on Brett Finch (2007)

Round 2, 2007, Rabbitohs vs Eels.

In just his second game for the Club, Roy Asotasi looked to inspire his teammates. Unfortunately for Parramatta, it came at Brett Finch’s expense with this thumping tackle! No dummies on Roy’s watch!

At the time, Asotasi was the most revered front-rower in the game - At the age of 24, he had already won a competition, with two seasons of test football under his belt; he had the perfect mix of experience and potential.

Asotasi would go on to play 133 games for the Club and be recognised as the Rabbitohs’ star-signing that super-charged our resurrection, helping to generate an era of success.
