Rugby League icon Steven 'Bear' Hall will be honoured this Saturday July 6 at the Juniors, Maroubra at the Steve Hall Benefit Night.
Starting at 6:30pm, the night will include a number of guest speakers including Ronny Gibbs and Col Wright, with Tim Gilbert as emcee on the night as well as The Steve Hart All Stars Band as entertainment!
The night will both honour the late Steven Hall and raise money to assist his wife Margaret.
From 1991, Steven was employed by the NSW Rugby League as a Development Officer in Dubbo, and in that time until his retirement in 2018, he instigated development programs for Rugby League players in far west NSW, bringing education and Rugby League together in what was a successful program.
Hall also began working as a Development Manager at the Wests Tigers in 1999, and also worked as an Indigenous Development Officer from 2008.
