Raiders - All you need to know

This Saturday at Central Coast Stadium the South Sydney Rabbitohs will take on the Canberra Raiders.

This will be the fourteenth time the Rabbitohs have played an NRL match at Central Coast Stadium and our Round 7 clash against the Raiders is sure to be a classic.

How to get there

Train

Gosford train station is located approximately 300m from Central Coast Stadium, and regular CityRail services run from Sydney’s CBD and North Shore as well as Newcastle.

Bus

Bus services operate from all over the Central Coast. Telephone Busways on (02) 4368 2277 or visit Busways or Red Bus Services for timetable information or downloadable timetables.

Bicycle

The stadium is accessible by bike with cycleways running from Woy Woy, and from Erina to the Stadium. Bike racks are located at both entry points to the Stadium. 

Driving 

Travelling from Sydney or Newcastle. 

Sydney- Head north on the Sydney Newcastle Freeway for approximately 45Kms (45mins approx)

Newcastle- Head South on the Sydney Newcastle Freeway for approximately 50Kms (45-50mins approx) 

Take the Gosford/Woy Woy exit, which will carry you onto the Central Coast Highway. Please then follow the Central Coast Highway down into Gosford for approximately eight minutes, stay on the main road. You will then arrive at the Brian McGowan Bridge, travel over this bridge and the Central Coast Stadium will be on your left (for parking information please see Car Parking subheading).

 

Parking 

Several Car Parks are located within an easy walking distance from Central Coast Stadium:

Baker St Car Park (P1) is approximately 100m away and cost $5.00

Free parking is available 300m away at Gosford Train Station (P2)

Central Coast Leagues Club provides parking (P3)

 

Event day parking

Central Coast Stadium has a minimal amount of parking underneath the northern section of the Brian McGowan Bridge as accessed via Alfred Higgs Place, outside the western entry Gate. For events, however, this area will be reserved for authorised personnel only, in this case, please utilise the above-described parking stations.

Note: No parking locations exist in the vicinity of Central Coast Stadium on Wilhelmina street, St George street under the Brian McGowan Bridge on the southern side next to the Central Coast HWY and other locations. Motorists are advised not to park on footpaths and nature strips to avoid being issued a fine and to park within designated parking areas only.

Merchandise

Head to the Rabbitohs Merchandise outlets at either the northeastern Merchandise Marquee or our Merchandise Van outside Dane Drive and gear up for the season ahead.

Show your 2018 Rabbitohs Membership card and save 10% and don't forget to grab your Big League Mag and Doubles whilst you are there! 

 

Membership

TICKETED MEMBERS NOTE: You must redeem your ticket before the game, your Member card will not scan through the turnstile. Non-ticketed Members will need to purchase tickets. Pre-purchase and save.

How to redeem:

The type of ticket redeemed will depend on the type of Membership. Flexi Members will only be able to redeem one of their entitlements. To redeem, eligible Members simply need to go online to the Ticketek Event Page by clicking here, by calling Ticketek on 132 849 or by visiting a Ticketek Outlet and use their last name and Member number.

For example, if Greg Inglis’ Member number is 1234, his password would be inglis1234. For Members looking to redeem tickets together, they will need to do so in the same transaction by entering two or more passwords underneath each other in the password box on Ticketek.

If you have any Membership enquiries the Membership Marquee will be set up in the Eastern Precinct on Dane Drive, or visit western Box Office number 3 to speak to a Rabbitohs Staff Member.

Burrow

The Rabbitohs supporter group the Burrow is located at Bay 23.

NOVA 96.9 Junior Mascots

13 lucky Rabbitohs Junior Members will be selected to run out with our team. If you're spotted around the grounds between 12.30pm and 2.30pm you could be one of our Nova 96.9 Junior Mascots!

Head to The Entertainment Grounds, home of Gosford Race Club marquee (located on Dane Dr) to hear all about their fantastic upcoming events, including their annual Anzac Race Day!

Look out for Raine & Horne promo staff located on Dane Dr on the eastern side of the ground at half-time, for your chance to win fully catered private suite tickets for the second half of the game.

Star 104.5 Best Seats in the House

Four Star 104.5 competition winners will be sat on a luxury lounge located in the southwest part of the Stadium for the duration of the game. 

Star 104.5 Kicking Challenge

Five Star 104.5 competition winners will be on the field at half-time with radio hosts Rabbit & Julie.

Each person will be given the opportunity to kick one football from the halfway line down the length of the field (one kick at a time but will have five balls set up and entrants stood behind the ball ready to kick).

The person who kicks the furthest wins the prize and the person who kicks the next furthest will win the 2nd prize.

Before each contestant kicks they will be offered the chance to have Julie Goodwin catch the ball that they have kicked and if Julie catches it then we will increase their kicking distance by 10 metres!

Kiss Cam presented by Reese’s

Get spotted on the big screen giving a kiss on our 'Kiss Cam' and you could win a Reese's Chocolate Prize Pack.
