Here are the seven biggest talking points from the South Sydney Rabbitohs' fifth straight win on Friday.
1. Toothless Sharks
After a huge win over Newcastle last week, how good was it to see the Sharks crashing back to earth at the hands of the mighty Rabbitohs?
On the back of a six game winning streak, Cronulla failed to score a try for 75 minutes thanks to the resolute Souths defence. Sure, they bagged two late tries, but it was too little too late as the Rabbitohs romped their way to a fifth consecutive victory, and put the Sharks back in their place.
2. Replacements Run Rampant
With five of our starting thirteen out, there were plenty who had the Sharks as favourites to end our four-game winning streak.
But the likes of Adam Doueihi, Robbie Farah, Braidon Burns and Tyrell Fuimaono put in workman like performances to bring in a dominant fifth win in a row.
Doueihi was impressive in his first match at the back, Farah put in a whopping 62 tackles and, after Burns went off injured early on, Tyrell Fuimaono seamlessly took over. It was just another sign of the great depth in the squad.
3. Ball On A String
One of the more pleasing aspects from the match was Souths' kicking game, particularly short kicking.
The stabbing grubber kicks from Adam Reynolds, John Sutton and Adam Doueihi reaped four repeat sets, and the ensuing pressure helped in gaining a 22-2 lead late into the match.
It wasn't just the grubbers though, as a Reynolds' pinpoint bomb produced a phenomenal try for winger Campbell Graham early in the second half.
4. I Think We've Found Our Super Sub
I honestly can't remember seeing a player in Souths colours that was so versatile at such a young age, but Adam Doueihi seems to be comfortable with any number on his back.
Already this season he has filled in at halfback, hooker and in the centres, and on Friday he filled the custodian's role with no trouble whatsoever.
The Lebanon international did a sensational job at the back, continually placing pressure on the defence and looked calm and composed in defence.
5. Forwards Dominate
With an unconventional backline and a wet track, this match was always going to be forward oriented.
While we saw some great work from the outside backs, it was the boys up front who put in a monumental performance, as all five starting forwards racked up more than 100 metres.
Tom Burgess produced a herculean effort, with 140 metres and two tries in just 53 minutes.
6. All Aboard Air Campbell
After making his NRL debut and playing five games last season, 2018 seems to have brought a new-look Campbell Graham.
Standing at 197cm, Graham seems to have spent some time in the gym over the off-season, and the results are showing on the field.
The 19-year-old looks to be more comfortable at NRL level, and used his height to his advantage by scoring a miraculous try off an Adam Reynolds bomb on Friday night to boot. Here's hoping we see plenty more of those in weeks to come.
7. One For The Record Books
Friday night's victory put in a few records for the Club.
It was the third time in history that Souths scored 20 points or more in eight consecutive matches, with the previous times being Round 7-15 in 2010 and Round 19 1970 to Round 2 1971.
It was also our sixth consecutive win against the Sharks at ANZ Stadium, and the first time since 2014 we've won five consecutive games.
