A South Sydney Rabbitohs supporter with huge spirit and strength has received a visit from South Cares ambassador Beau Champion.
Josh was injured in a car accident near Bathurst, on 17 December 2017 where he suffered a serious spinal cord injury and is now a T1 paraplegic.
Josh spent over two weeks in an intensive care unit at Royal North Shore Hospital, before being transferred to the spinal ward where he remained for another seven weeks.
Continuing his treatment at Royal Rehab in Ryde, Josh was visited during his physio session by Souths Cares ambassador Beau, who took the time to get to know Josh.
Josh played Rugby League with the Blayney Bears junior and senior teams and chatted about all things footy with Beau. Beau also met Josh’s mum Allison, and spent time with his grandfather and uncle, who are both fanatical Rabbitohs supporters.
