Continuing with the ‘Gift of Giving’ campaign, Souths Cares were joined by the famous Rabbitohs mascot Reggie Rabbit to help spread the magic of Christmas.
Children from Wunanbiri Pre School in Alexandria received a big surprise at their end of year Christmas Party when not just one, but two VIP guests attended the event.
A surprise visit from Reggie Rabbit and Santa Claus were met with big smiles and joy from the 50 children who were celebrating Christmas with their teachers, parents and caregivers.
Reggie Rabbit was kept busy on the day helping Santa Claus distribute 50 gifts to the children, posing for photos and dancing to Christmas carols.
Reggie’s Christmas visit was organised by Souths Cares through their ‘Gift of Giving’ campaign, which has been supporting a wide range of community organisations leading into Christmas.
This Christmas Souths Cares are asking our members and supporters make a donation to the charity, which will enable us to continue supporting our local community.
