The Rabbitohs have welcomed their youngest Member for 2018 in Harry Molesworth – who won’t be born for another three months!

With the 2018 season fast approaching, one die hard South Sydney Rabbitohs Member just couldn’t wait to sign up his unborn son for a brand new Membership.

Harry, who is due on the 2nd of February, has reaped the benefits of having a proactive Dad, and will be born with active Membership in his name on the day he arrives.

Daniel Molesworth has set a personal best by signing up his yet-to-be born son. His previous two children had to wait until the day they were born to get a Membership!

“I’ve already got two boys, Max and Jack, and I had them signed up as soon as they were born,” said Molesworth.

“This year I decided to be early and get the young lad signed up ready for the first game of the season. Also, I wanted to get the 110 year commemorative coin that comes with the Membership package.”

Daniel Molesworth is 40 years-old and has been a Member for the last nine years and a South Sydney Rabbitohs supporter for as long as he can remember.

Daniel has made sure that his family follows in his footsteps by supporting the mighty Red and Green, however, there was one thing Daniel couldn’t get his way with.

“The name Harry has no significance to any former player of the Rabbitohs, the missus likes Prince Harry and that was that, I didn’t get a choice,” he laughed.

The Molesworth family are particularly excited for the new season after “seeing the best draw in years” and will be traveling across the country to catch the first match of the season.

“The family and I will be going to Perth for the double header and I know the kids want to go and see us play the Storm in Sydney because we haven’t play them here in years.”

It is unconfirmed if newcomer Harry Molesworth will be making the long distance trip for the first game of the season but it’s highly likely he’ll make his season debut at our first home game back in Sydney.
