Friday's clash with the St George Illawarra Dragons will be split between two venues, with the Rabbitohs U20s side playing at Allianz Stadium before the NRL squad kick off at the Sydney Cricket Ground.
The Rabbitohs NYC squad are sitting in 10th, just three points outside the top eight, but have hit a mid-season surge in form that has seen them win eight and draw two of their last 11 games.
The U20s Dragons side sit in 3rd place on the NYC Ladder but have had some shaky form, winning losing three of their last five fixtures.
Entry is permitted to both venues upon presentation of a valid Round 22 ticket.
